Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing HEZO services. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in handling HEZO service requests. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, in particular in the field of: e-mail, hosting, IT services, administrative, legal and advisory services, as well as to postal operators and couriers. Your data may be transferred to IT service providers located outside the European Economic Area, with legal security mechanisms provided - model data protection contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The data will be processed for the duration of the contract for the provision of HEZO services and for pursuing any claims under the contract.

You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing.
